Notarizing/Witnessing a Signature
Commissions of Oaths, Affidavits, Solemn Affirmations and Declarations

Service One
A commissioner is available to swear an oath, solemn affirmation, or solemn declaration. Please have your document filled out and ready. We will administer the oath, sign, and stamp.
$15/per signature
Service Two
Our Notary will notarize the signing of any document. For the appointment, you will need a Government-Issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the one you will be signing with. If a witness is needed, please have one available.

If you have an original document, such as a birth certificate, our Notary will make it a certified copy of the original. This is useful for persons who do not want to send their original documents. For our appointment, please bring the original document and a copy of the document. Secondly, please bring Government-issued ID.

If a parent is traveling alone with their child, it is a good idea to have a signed consent to travel. It’s even better if it has been notarized. Although it is not a legal requirement, it may help to prevent any road bumps while on your journey.
Notarizing a Will

We do not draft wills. Will kits can be found at this link.
What we can do:
1) Witness the testator signing the will. Please note, two witnesses are required; and therefore, the testator must find a second witness.
2) Notarize the Affidavit of Execution. The second witness will affirm that they were present and witnessed the testator and first witness sign the will.
3) Add an Exhibit Stamp and Seal to the back of the will. This will connect the Affidavit of Execution to the Will.
